Why Most of Our Custom Apparel Work Comes by Referral

We’ve never done much advertising. Most of the work that comes through the door arrives because a coach told another coach, a PTO parent moved to the next town and called us anyway, or a shop foreman gave our number to his brother-in-law who runs a crew.

That’s a nice way to run a business and a slightly awkward way to build a testimonials page, because the people who recommend us usually do it in a parking lot rather than in writing. So we started asking. Here’s what we have so far.

We can’t put words in anyone’s mouth, but since 2009 the feedback has rhymed. It’s almost always one of these.

A misspelled name, a logo sized wrong for the garment, a color that wasn’t going to read on that fabric. Nothing goes to press without a proof, and if something looks off to us we’ll call you rather than print it and hope.

My name is Victor Rodriguez and I am the Little Lancers Flag & Cheer Coordinator. The Little Lancers are a division of Norton Pop Warner that started in 2012 with the goal of creating a pipeline of 5-7 year old boys and girls who would eventually go through our Pop Warner program and eventually become our future Norton Lancer Football Players and Cheerleaders.

Creating a program from scratch is a very difficult thing, but the one thing that wasn’t difficult was creating our uniforms. Christine and her team at Hatrick Sportswear are amazing and in our first year of existence we didn’t know what we could or couldn’t do. Christine was our lifesaver and because of her team, their flexibility and their dedication to us, we had an amazing first year of the Little Lancers Program, a program that in year two has doubled in size. Check out the pictures of our Little Lancer Pride and Spirit Football uniforms as well as our Pride and Spirit Cheer Squad.

Quality of product, quality of service, and quality of communication is the reason why Hatrick Sportswear is the official uniform supplier of the Little Lancers Flag & Cheer Program.

Last summer we worked with Hatrick Sportswear to design and produce shirts for our Relay for Life Team “Moore Cures.”

There is so much planning and organizing to do with this event that we were relieved to have the tee shirt part come together perfectly.
