We started this business around hockey schedules and carpool chaos, with three kids on the ice and a trunk full of gear that never quite made it into the house. Twenty years on we are still family owned, still in Norton, and still the people who answer the phone.

What Custom Shirts Cost — and What Drives the Price
We quote every order individually, because cost genuinely depends on the job. That is no reason for it to be a mystery. Here is what moves the number.

And Then There’s Finn
Finn is the youngest, and somewhere along the way he became the face of the business. He appears in our videos introducing whatever is new, and he remains — by a considerable margin — the most popular member of staff.
The business is named for a hat trick because three of our children played hockey. Finn arrived afterwards, by which point the name had stopped being about hockey and started being about us. So it stayed.
Custom Apparel Questions, Answered
What’s your minimum order?
There isn’t one. One piece or one thousand, across screen printing, embroidery, engraving and everything else we offer. Most national printers will not accept an order under a dozen. We will.
How long does an order take?
10 to 14 business days from the moment you approve the artwork. Rush of about a week is often possible — ask, and you will get a straight answer about whether your date is achievable. We would rather decline than miss it.
Can you print on shirts I already have?
Usually, yes. Send a photo and we will tell you what is possible. Some fabrics and finishes do not take print or stitching well, and we would rather flag that before anything is ruined.
I don’t have a proper logo file. Is that a problem?
No. Send whatever you have — a photograph, a screenshot, a sketch on the back of an envelope. Rebuilding artwork so it prints cleanly is part of the job. You can even text a photo of it to 781-727-5417.
Do you charge for artwork or setup?
Most of the time it’s included. If a job needs something unusual, we’ll tell you upfront rather than surprise you on the invoice.
Should I choose screen printing or embroidery?
Print for tees and anything going out in volume. Embroidery for polos, hats, jackets and workwear, where stitching outlasts the garment. Tell us the job and we will recommend the right one rather than the more expensive one. More on choosing a method.
Do you carry youth sizes?
Yes — youth through adult 4XL on most items, which matters when you are outfitting an entire school or a family event.
Can I just text you?
