Custom Work Shirts & Embroidered Company Apparel in Norton, MA
Still looks like your company in November, after forty washes.
Your name on the chest, your logo on the back, in something a crew can actually work in. Embroidered polos, hi-vis tees, hoodies, Carhartt and hats for businesses from Attleboro to Bridgewater. No minimum — one shirt for the new guy or forty for the whole crew.

The Work Shirt Problem Every Small Business Has
You bought shirts once. They were fine. Then you hired two guys.
The size you need is discontinued, the company that made them wants a minimum of seventy-two, and nobody can find the logo file anyway.
So now half the crew is in company shirts and half is in whatever they own, and you’re standing in a customer’s driveway looking like two different companies.
We keep your artwork on file, we have no minimums, and you can order one shirt in April and thirty in September without starting over. That’s most of what a small business needs from a shop like ours, and it’s the part the national sites are worst at.
Custom Work Shirts for the Trades of Southeastern Massachusetts
What the work does to a shirt matters more than what the shirt looks like on a website. Here’s how that plays out trade by trade.
Construction & General Contracting
Hi-vis tees and long sleeves with the company name across the back, hoodies for winter, embroidered hats. Site-visible branding is free advertising in a town where the neighbors are watching the job.
Landscaping & Lawn Care
The hardest use case we get. Tees that survive a season, hi-vis for roadside work, embroidered caps, hoodies for spring and fall mornings. Order in March, before the season buries you.
HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical
The shirt goes in the customer’s house, which is a different bar. An embroidered polo or a clean button-up with a left-chest logo and a name reads as a professional you’d let in the door.
EmbroideryMarine Trades & Boatyards
Moisture-wicking performance tees, quarter-zips for the shoulder seasons, hats that survive being blown off a deck. Sun and salt are hard on cheap garments, so garment choice matters more here than anywhere.
Roofing, Masonry, Excavation & Paving
Heavy use, high turnover, crews that need replacements mid-season. No minimum means you can reorder six shirts in July without a conversation about tiers.
Auto Shops & Towing
Work shirts with a name patch, embroidered hats and hoodies. We do custom patches if you want the classic look.
Patches & StitchingRestaurants, Bars & Cafés
Front of house tees and aprons, back of house shirts that can take a shift, staff hoodies — and merch for the regulars if your bar has them.
Salons, Spas & Studios
Softer garments, small tasteful embroidery, black on black. Instructors and stylists usually want something they’d wear off the clock too.
Medical, Dental & Veterinary
Embroidered polos and quarter-zips with the practice name, plus each person’s name if you want it. Easy to add one for a new hire.
Realty, Insurance & Main Street Businesses
Polos, quarter-zips, jackets, and a tent’s worth of tees for a town day or a charity golf tournament. A lot of our Norton and Attleboro work looks exactly like this.
Event GearFoxborough & the Patriot Place Area
Hospitality, retail and service businesses with high staff turnover and a need for gear that’s on-brand and fast to replace. Being twenty minutes away is the point.

Embroidered or Screen Printed Work Shirts?
Both are right, for different jobs. The short version: embroidery for anything the customer sees up close, screen printing when you need quantity and a big graphic.
| Embroidery | Screen printing | |
|---|---|---|
| Best on | Polos, button-ups, quarter-zips, jackets, hats, beanies | Tees, hoodies, hi-vis, crew shirts |
| Looks like | A uniform | A company shirt |
| Durability | Outlasts the garment | Excellent on quantity; depends on garment and care |
| Best for | Left-chest logos, names, small detailed marks | Big back prints, the full company name across the shoulders |
| Typical use | The tech who walks into a customer’s house | The crew on a job site |
| Cost driver | Stitch count and logo complexity | Quantity and number of ink colors |
We also do DTF and DTG for full-color artwork in small runs, heat transfer and vinyl for names and numbers, puff and 3D embroidery for hats, and custom patches. If you don’t see what you need, ask — there’s usually a way.

Staff Uniform Stores: Let Your Crew Order Their Own Sizes
The real cost of buying uniforms isn’t the shirts. It’s you, keeping a stockroom, guessing sizes, and digging through a bin every time somebody starts on Monday.
We can put up a private online store for your company. Your logo, your approved garments, your colors, nothing else in it. Employees log in, order their own sizes, and it ships to them or to you.
- Free to set up — no fee, no contract, no software to learn
- You control what’s in it — only the garments and colors you approve
- Employees pick their own sizes — no more guessing, no more stockroom
- You choose who pays — the company, the employee, or an allowance per person
- Runs year-round — or opens for a couple of weeks each season
- New hire? Send them the link. That’s the whole onboarding step. See how our online stores work
What a Cheap Work Shirt Actually Costs You
A work shirt is a uniform for eight hours and a billboard for the other sixteen. When it’s wrong, it’s wrong in front of customers.
The logo that’s slightly off. Stretched, pixelated, the wrong blue because it got pulled from a website instead of a real file. Anyone who knows your company notices, and anyone who doesn’t just registers “small operation.”
The print that cracks. Three months of hot washes and the back of the shirt looks like it’s flaking off — which is exactly when the crew stops wearing it and you’re back to mismatched.
The shirts you can’t reorder. This is the expensive one. A garment gets discontinued, or the vendor has a seventy-two piece minimum, and suddenly your whole crew has to be re-outfitted because you needed four shirts.
We’ll steer you toward garments that stay available, keep your artwork on file so a reorder is a phone call, and tell you plainly when a garment isn’t right for the work you do. If it isn’t going to hold up, we’ll say so before you spend the money.

How a Custom Workwear Order Goes
Trade, headcount, date. That’s enough to start.
Call, Text or Send the Form
Tell us the trade, roughly how many, and when you need them.
We Talk Garments
What the work does to a shirt matters more than what it looks like on a website. We’ll be straight about what survives.
Artwork
Send whatever you have. If your logo only exists on a truck door or a business card, we’ll redraw it. Art and setup are included most of the time, and we’ll tell you upfront if yours isn’t.
You Approve a Proof
Nothing goes on a garment until you’ve seen it and signed off.
We Produce It
10 to 14 business days from art approval. Need it faster? Ask — about a week is often possible, never a promise.
Reorders Are Easy
We keep your art on file. Next time it’s a phone call and a number.
Reorders, Rush and the One-Shirt Order
The three questions every business owner asks on the first call, answered before you have to ask them. Your artwork stays on file, there is no minimum on any of it, and if your date is not realistic we will tell you on the phone rather than after you have paid.
What Drives the Price of Custom Work Shirts
No prices on this page, because we quote every job individually and we’d rather give you a real number than a range you can’t rely on.
| What moves the price | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Quantity | The single biggest factor, especially on screen printing. Forty shirts prices very differently per piece than four. |
| Garment | A basic tee and a Carhartt jacket are not the same purchase. Same logo, very different invoice. Here are the brands we carry. |
| Decoration method | Embroidery is priced on stitch count, so a detailed logo with a lot of text costs more to stitch than a simple mark. Screen printing is priced on quantity and ink colors. |
| Locations | Left chest only is the cheapest thing we do. Left chest plus a full back plus a sleeve is three decorations, not one. |
| Names | Adding individual names is easy and worth it for customer-facing staff, but it’s per-piece work, so it affects the number. |
Art and Setup Fees
Most of the time it’s included. If your job is an exception — an unusually complex logo to digitize, say — we’ll tell you upfront, before you commit. No surprise line items on the invoice.

Custom Workwear Questions We Get a Lot
Is there a minimum order?
No. One shirt for a new hire or four hundred for a company event. Both are normal here.
Can you match my truck lettering or my sign?
Usually. Send a photo. If we can’t work from it we’ll redraw the logo, and most of the time that’s included.
Do you do hi-vis with a logo?
Yes. Hi-vis tees, long sleeves and sweatshirts, printed or embroidered.
How fast can we get them?
10 to 14 business days from art approval is standard. About a week is often possible if you ask, but we never promise a rush date. We’d rather say no than miss your date.
Can we reorder the same shirts next year?
Yes. We keep your artwork on file. Reorders are a phone call, assuming the garment is still made, and we’ll tell you if it’s been discontinued.
Can you print on shirts we already bought?
Often, yes, depending on the garment. Check with us before you buy them so we can flag anything that won’t take a print well.
Do you charge setup or digitizing fees?
Most of the time it’s included. If your job is an exception, we’ll tell you upfront, before you commit.
Can each employee have their own name on the shirt?
Yes. Names are easy to add, and worth it for anyone who goes into a customer’s home.
Do you carry Carhartt?
Yes, plus Nike, Port Authority, Sport-Tek, Under Armour, OGIO, New Era and many more. If you want a specific style number, send it. Browse the brands we carry.
Can employees order and pay for their own gear?
Yes. That’s what the staff uniform store is for. You approve the items, they order their sizes, and you choose who pays.
Do you do anything besides shirts?
Hats, beanies, jackets, aprons, duffel bags, tumblers, engraved drinkware, patches, koozies, wristbands and challenge coins. If you don’t see it, ask.
Do you have a showroom we can visit?
We’re in Norton and we work by appointment. Call or text and we’ll set a time.
