The Fastest Way to Get a Real Custom Apparel Quote
Pricing depends on a few things, so a quote with three details in it comes back much faster than one without.
- Your logo or artwork, in any format. A vector file (.ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg) is ideal. A phone photo of an old shirt is genuinely fine to start with.
- Roughly how many. An estimate is fine. “Somewhere between 40 and 60” is a usable number.
- When you need them. The actual date they need to be in hands, not the date you’d like to order.
Nice to have if you know: which garment or brand you’re after, how many colors are in the design, whether you want it on the front, back or both, and whether you need youth sizes.

When You’ll Hear Back About Your Quote
We’re a small family shop in Norton, not a call center, so here is the straight version.
During the week, most messages get answered the same business day. Texts are usually quickest. If you reach out in the evening or over the weekend, expect to hear from us the next business morning.
Busy season is real: spring sports ordering in February and March, fall sports in July and August, and holiday drinkware in November. During those stretches a complicated quote can take an extra day. If your deadline is tight, say so in the first message and we’ll move you up. Tell us the date and we’ll give you a straight answer about whether it works. We’d rather say no than miss it.

Hours
Monday to Friday, 9 to 5. Appointments outside those hours if that’s what works. Plenty of our customers are coaches and business owners who can’t take a call mid-afternoon.
Location
Norton, Massachusetts. We’re by appointment only. It’s a working production space, not a walk-in shop, so an appointment gets you someone’s full attention instead of catching them mid-run.

Individual shipping goes to each person, which works well when your group is spread out or when you’re running an online team store. Or pickup by appointment.

How long does an order take?
Standard is 10 to 14 business days from art approval. Rush is often possible, around a week, but ask us before you count on it. More in the FAQ.
