Why schools call us

Custom Spirit Wear Orders Shouldn’t Land on One Parent

Usually it’s one parent. Sometimes it’s the athletic director, or a teacher who volunteered in September and regretted it by October.

Then it’s the sizing spreadsheet nobody fills in, the four families who pay in cash after the deadline, the kid who grew two inches over the summer, and thirty leftover mediums that live in a closet until June.

We have printed for schools in Norton, Attleboro and Mansfield since 2006. There’s a version of this where you send one link, and two weeks later we hand you boxes sorted by student name. That’s the whole job.

School by school

School Spirit Wear by District and Program

Every one of these is a real district we deliver to. If a program becomes a regular, its section grows into a page of its own.

Norton Lancers

Norton Public Schools

We’re in Norton. Our kids grew up here. Lancers gear is the closest thing we have to a home game.

Norton High School Lacrosse and Norton High School Hockey both run online stores with us, and L.G. Nourse Elementary has ordered through us as well . Whether it’s a varsity program, a PTO fundraiser or a fifth grade field day, you can hand us the artwork and be done with it.

Wheaton College

Norton

The most overlooked group of buyers in town. Club sports teams, Greek life, residence hall staff, intramurals, a cappella groups, orientation leaders, senior week. Every one of them wants shirts, and most of them are working from a small budget with a hard date.

Because we have no minimums, a club with fourteen members gets the same attention as a program ordering four hundred. And we’re minutes from campus, so you can see a garment sample before you commit the club’s money.

Attleboro Bombardiers

Attleboro

One of the largest districts we serve. Booster clubs, band, the student section, class shirts, elementary school PTOs across the city.

Big programs mean more sizes and more last-minute additions than any one volunteer can track. An online spirit wear store solves it: everybody orders their own size with their own card, and nobody chases anybody.

Bishop Feehan Shamrocks

Attleboro

Private school programs tend to want a step up in quality, and parents will pay for it. Embroidered quarter-zips for the coaching staff, heavier fleece for the sideline, alumni pieces that hold up.

Embroidery is usually the right call on a polo or quarter-zip. It reads as a real uniform piece, not a giveaway shirt.

North Attleborough Red Rocketeers

North Attleborough

The Rocketeers name is a gift for a design. Big, bold, and instantly recognizable to anyone who grew up in North Attleborough.

We do sport-specific spirit wear, whole-school PTO fundraisers, and short store windows for playoff runs. If a team goes deep in the tournament, call us. A week is doable more often than you’d think.

Mansfield Hornets

Mansfield

We’ve printed for SMCS in Mansfield , and Mansfield programs are ten minutes up Route 140 from our shop.

Hornets spirit wear moves in two big waves: fall sports and homecoming in September and October, then holiday gift season straight into basketball and hockey. Ordering in August for the fall wave keeps you out of the September scramble.

Foxborough Warriors

Foxborough

Foxborough programs share a town with a stadium, which sets a high bar for what gear should look like. Fine by us.

We handle sideline hoodies, band and cheer, youth feeder programs, and business sponsor shirts for teams that sell ad space on the back. If you need sponsor logos on a shirt, send us whatever files the sponsors gave you and we’ll straighten them out.

King Philip Warriors

Wrentham, Plainville & Norfolk

King Philip is three towns pulling on one jersey, which makes district-wide spirit wear genuinely useful. It’s the thing families in Wrentham, Plainville and Norfolk all have in common.

A single online store works well here. One link goes out to three towns’ worth of parents, everyone orders from home, and we deliver it sorted by student to whichever building you want.

Oliver Ames Tigers

Easton

Tigers programs, Easton youth feeder teams, and the PTOs at the elementary schools. Class shirts and senior gear are a big piece of it.

Senior class orders have one rule: get the roster right before you print. We’ll hold the file, and if three more seniors want in after the deadline, we can usually add them.

Bridgewater-Raynham Trojans

Bridgewater & Raynham

A regional district covering two towns, and a big athletic program with a lot of separate teams ordering at once.

We can run one store per team or one district store with a dropdown for each program. Either way you get one point of contact and one delivery, instead of eleven coaches each doing their own version.

Dighton-Rehoboth Falcons

Dighton & Rehoboth

Smaller regional district, tight community, and a place where the same twenty families run everything. We like working with groups like that because decisions actually get made.

No minimum matters here more than anywhere. If the JV field hockey team needs nine hoodies, we print nine.

Taunton Tigers

Taunton

The largest city in our service area, and a district with a lot of separate schools, programs and PTOs all needing the same things at the same time.

We can set up a store per school so the money and the delivery stay separate, which keeps the treasurers happy. Here’s how the fundraising side works.

The money question

When School Spirit Wear Is Really a PTO Fundraiser

Most school apparel orders are trying to do two jobs at once: get kids in matching shirts, and raise money for something. Playground equipment, the eighth grade trip, new uniforms, an assembly nobody has budget for.

You choose how the money works.

  • A set dollar amount per item — you pick it, it’s on every hoodie and every tee, and any parent can see exactly what they contributed
  • Or a percentage of the store’s sales — agreed up front, comes off the top
  • The store closes and we cut your organization a check — no invoicing us, no waiting on a platform to release funds, no payout minimum to clear first
  • Nothing up front — the PTO never fronts money and never owns leftover inventory

We won’t put a number on this page because you’re the one who picks it. Call and we’ll walk through both options in about two minutes.

The school year

The Six Custom Shirt Orders Every School Places

Different jobs, different garments, different lead times. These six cover most of what leaves our shop for schools.

Class of 20XX Shirts

The whole grade in one design. Order in fall for the year, or spring for the graduating class.

Senior Class Gear

Hoodies, quarter-zips, sweatpants with the year down the leg. Usually the biggest per-student spend of the year, so it’s worth doing in a heavier garment.

Homecoming & Spirit Week

September and October. Class colors, themed days, powder puff. Short windows, fast decisions.

Field Day

Spring. Big quantity, color-coded by grade or team, tight budget per shirt. Straight screen printing is almost always the right answer.

Screen Printing

Student Section & Sideline

The loud pieces. Big front print, big back number, worn until it falls apart.

Staff & Faculty Shirts

Often forgotten until the week before. Polos and quarter-zips with a small embroidered crest work year-round.

Embroidery

Tell Us Your Date for Class Shirts or Homecoming Tees

Standard turnaround is 10 to 14 business days from art approval. Need it faster? Ask. Sometimes we can do about a week, and we’ll say so plainly if we can’t.

Straight talk

What a Late Delivery or a Cracked Print Costs a School

A blown date is the one that hurts. Shirts that show up the Monday after homecoming aren’t spirit wear anymore, they’re a box in a closet, and the parent who organized it takes the blame.

Then there’s the print that cracks. Cheap decoration on a cheap shirt looks fine in the box and looks like a rag by December. Kids notice, they stop wearing it, and next year fewer families order.

And there’s the logo that isn’t quite right. Wrong shade of navy, stretched mascot, a font nobody at the school actually uses. It reads as an outsider’s guess at your school, because that’s what it is.

We’re not going to promise you perfection. We’re going to look at your garment and your design and tell you plainly what will hold up, which decoration method fits, and whether your date is realistic. If it isn’t, we’ll say so. We’d rather say no than miss your date.

Choosing a method

Which Decoration Method for Which School Apparel

What drives your cost: quantity, number of ink colors, the garment you pick, how many print locations, and which method.

Screen Printing

The workhorse. Best value on quantity, best for field day, class shirts and student section tees.

Details

Embroidery

Polos, quarter-zips, jackets, staff and coach gear. Costs more, lasts longer, looks like a uniform.

Details

DTF & DTG

Full color, small runs, photo-style artwork. Good when a design has too many colors to screen print sensibly.

Hats & Headwear

Embroidered trucker caps for spring and summer, beanies for the student section from October on.

We’ll walk you through the tradeoffs before you commit. Art and setup fees are included most of the time, and we’ll tell you upfront when they aren’t.

Before you ask

School Spirit Wear Questions, Answered

Is there a minimum order?

No. One shirt or a thousand. If nine kids on JV want hoodies, we print nine.

What does it cost the school to set up an online store?

Nothing. No setup fee, no monthly fee, no contract, and no inventory to buy. Here’s how the stores work.

How does our PTO or booster club get the fundraising money?

You choose either a set dollar amount per item or a percentage of sales. When the store closes, we cut your organization a check. More on apparel fundraising.

How long does it take?

10 to 14 business days from art approval. If a store is running, that clock starts when the store closes.

We need these for homecoming next week. Can you do it?

Sometimes. About a week is often possible, but we never treat it as a promise. Tell us the real date and we’ll be straight with you.

Do you have youth sizes?

Yes. Youth small through adult 4XL on most items.

We don’t have a logo file, just a picture of an old shirt. Is that a problem?

Not usually. Send it over. If we can’t work from it, we’ll redraw it, and most of the time that’s included. You can text a photo to 781-727-5417.

Can we do sponsor logos on the back?

Yes. Send whatever the sponsors gave you, in whatever format. We’ll work with it.

Can families ship to their own homes instead of the school?

Yes. Bulk drop-off sorted by name, individual shipping, or pickup. Some schools do a mix.

Can we add items after the store is live?

Usually. Call us.

Do you print on shirts we already have?

Often, yes, depending on the garment. Ask before you buy them.

Our school isn’t on your list. Do you still work with us?

Yes. The list is just the schools people search for most. Tell us who you are.
