Built, run and delivered for you — you share one link and we do the rest.

No order forms in backpacks. No collecting cash in an envelope. No boxes of unsold shirts in somebody’s garage. We build your store, we run it, and we deliver the order sorted and ready to hand out. It costs nothing to set up, and you don’t buy a single thing up front.

Why groups switch

The Team Apparel Order That Eats Your Weekend

Someone volunteers to handle team apparel. Then comes the sizing spreadsheet nobody fills in, the parents who pay in cash three weeks late, the two people who never respond at all, and the shirts ordered in the wrong size because a kid grew over the summer.

Then the box arrives at your house and you’re sorting shirts on the kitchen table at 10pm before the first game.

There’s a better version of this, and it takes you about twenty minutes of actual work. We’ve been building these stores for programs in Norton, Attleboro and Mansfield for years, and the pattern is always the same: one link out, one delivery back.

Step by step

How Your Online Team Store Works, Step by Step

Six steps, and only two of them are yours.

1

Tell Us About Your Group

Team, school, club, company — whatever you’re outfitting. We’ll talk through who’s ordering and when you need it.

2

We Pick the Gear Together

Garments that fit your group and your budget per person. Tees, hoodies, quarter-zips, hats, joggers, bags, tumblers.

3

We Handle the Artwork

Send your logo and we’ll set it up. Don’t have one you like? We’ll create it. A rough idea on a napkin works too.

4

Your Store Goes Live

Your colors, your designs, every size from youth small to adult 4XL. We send you one link. You share it once.

5

Everyone Orders and Pays

No chasing anyone. No handling money. People order what they want, in the size they want, with their own card.

6

We Print, Sort and Deliver

Store closes, we produce everything, sort it by name, and get it to you. Bulk drop-off, shipping or pickup.

The money question

What an Online Team Store Costs Your Group

Setting up a store costs you nothing. There’s no minimum you have to hit, no inventory to buy, and no box of leftovers to deal with in January.

$0 to Set Up

No fee, no contract, no catch. The store is ours to build and run.

No Minimum

Three orders or three hundred. Both are fine, and both get printed.

No Inventory

Nothing is printed until the store closes, so nothing is bought on spec.

No Leftovers

You never own a shirt nobody bought, and nothing lives in a closet until June.

We make our money on the shirts people actually order. If three parents order, we print three. If two hundred do, we print two hundred. What affects the price on the shirts themselves: quantity, the garment you choose, the number of ink colors, how many print locations, and whether a piece is printed or embroidered. We’ll walk you through those tradeoffs on the phone before anything goes in the store.

Raising money

Turning Your Team Store Into a Fundraiser

Most groups don’t just want gear. They want the gear to pay for something. Tournament fees, new equipment, an end-of-season banquet.

You choose how that works.

  • Add a set amount per item. You pick the amount, and it goes on every hoodie and every tee. Simple to explain to parents, and everyone can see exactly what they’re contributing.
  • Or take a percentage. We agree a percentage of the store’s sales before it opens and it comes off the top.
  • Either way, the store closes and we cut your organization a check. No invoicing us, no waiting on a platform to release funds, no minimum payout threshold to clear first.
Most fundraising companies won’t tell you what your group keeps until you’ve signed something. We’ll tell you on the phone in about two minutes.

Who picks the number?

You do. We don’t publish a percentage or an amount anywhere on this site, because the group sets it and every group sets it differently.

Call or text 781-727-5417 with your group size and what you’re raising for, and we’ll walk through both options with you.

Ready to Open Your Team’s Spirit Store?

Tell us the group and the date you need boxes in hand. We’ll tell you when the store has to open.

What Goes In the Store: Shirts, Hoodies, Hats and Bags

A store works best with six to ten items. Too many choices and people close the tab.

  • The hoodie carries it. Highest price point, highest perceived value, worn for years. If you only offer one item, make it this.
  • Tees are the volume item. Short sleeve for spring and fall, long sleeve for the sideline crowd.
  • One ‘nice’ piece. A quarter-zip or an embroidered polo for the parents who want to spend a little more.
  • Hats and beanies. Embroidered trucker caps April through July, beanies October through December. More on custom hats.
  • Bags. Duffels with a player’s name or number. Parents buy these without being asked twice.
  • Fan gear. The grandparents’ hoodie, the little sibling’s tee. Add it and it sells itself.
  • Add-ons at checkout. Tumblers, koozies, socks, water bottles.

Getting it to you

Delivering Your Team Apparel: Bulk Drop, Shipping or Pickup

All three are available on every store, and plenty of groups mix them.

Bulk Drop-Off, Sorted by Name

We deliver boxes to the school, the field, the rink or your office, with each person’s order bagged and labeled. You hand out bags, not shirts. This is what most schools choose.

Individual Shipping

Each person’s order ships to their own address. Best when families are spread across several towns, which is standard for club and travel programs.

Pickup

Come to us in Norton by appointment, or we’ll arrange a spot that works for both of us.

The difference

The Difference Between Us and a National Team Store Website

There are national companies that will build you an online store. Some of them are fine. But when your team makes the playoffs on a Friday and you need shirts by Tuesday, you’re typing into a help form and waiting.

We’re in Norton. You’ll have a phone number that a person answers, and that person will know which store is yours without looking it up.

  • You talk to the same people every time — family owned and operated since 2006
  • Rush is often possible — about a week is doable more often than you’d think. Ask us. We never treat it as a promise.
  • We can meet you — drop-off at the school in Mansfield, the rink in Foxborough, the field in Attleboro, or your office
  • We’ll fix our mistakes fast — a wrong size gets sorted out, not ticketed
  • We know the local programs — two decades printing for teams across Southeastern Massachusetts
Where we run stores

Online Team Stores Across Southeastern Massachusetts

We’re in Norton, by appointment, and we run stores for groups across Norton, Attleboro, North Attleborough, Mansfield, Foxborough, Taunton, Easton, Plainville, Wrentham, Franklin, Bridgewater, Raynham, Seekonk, Rehoboth, Sharon, Stoughton, Canton and Walpole.

Wheaton College clubs in Norton, King Philip programs across Wrentham and Plainville, Bridgewater-Raynham teams covering two towns — a single store link handles a group no matter how spread out it is, and we can still put the boxes in a car. See our full service area →

Working back from your date

How Long a Custom Team Store Takes

Two weeks open is long enough that everyone gets around to it, short enough that it stays urgent.

StageHow long
Building your storeUsually a few days once we have your logo
Store open to your groupAbout two weeks is the sweet spot, longer if you want
Production after the store closes10–14 business days from art approval
DeliveryBulk drop, individual shipping or pickup
We can leave a store open longer, or keep a year-round store if that suits a company or a large program better.

Working back from a date? Tell us the date and we’ll tell you when we need to start. If it’s tight, say so. Sometimes we can make it work, and we’d rather say no than miss your date.

Getting it right

What a Missed Deadline Actually Costs a Team

Three ways a team apparel order goes wrong, and what we do about each of them.

The late delivery

Spirit wear that arrives the week after homecoming isn’t spirit wear. It’s a box in a closet, and the parent who organized it takes the blame for a decision they didn’t make.

The store nobody orders from

Usually because it opened three weeks before anyone cared, or because it had thirty items in it and no one could choose. We’ll tell you when to open it and what to put in it, because we’ve watched both go wrong.

The print that cracks

A cheap garment with cheap decoration looks fine in the box and looks like a rag by December, which is exactly when families decide not to order next year. We’ll tell you which garment holds up to a season of practices before you commit, not after.

Before you ask

Online Team Store Questions, Answered

What does it cost our group to set up a store?

Nothing. No setup fee, no monthly fee, no contract.

Is there a minimum number of orders?

No. We’ll print whatever gets ordered, even if that’s a handful.

How does our group get the fundraising money?

You choose either a set dollar amount per item or a percentage of sales. When the store closes, we cut your organization a check. More on how apparel fundraising works.

How do people get their orders?

However works for you — one bulk delivery sorted by name, individual shipping to each person, or pickup. Plenty of schools do a bulk drop and hand them out.

Can we keep the store open all year?

Yes. Two weeks is what we usually recommend because it creates urgency, but year-round stores work well for companies and larger programs.

What if we don’t have a logo?

We’ll make one. Design help is part of what we do, and we’d rather build it properly than print something you’re not happy with.

Can we add or change items once it’s live?

Usually, yes. Call us.

Do you do youth sizes?

Yes — youth through adult 4XL on most items.

How long does production take after the store closes?

10 to 14 business days from art approval. If you need it faster, ask before the store opens so we can plan the window around your date.

Can our company run a private store for staff only?

Yes. You approve the garments, employees order their own sizes, and you choose who pays — the company, the employee, or an allowance per person. More on business and workwear.

Do you charge art or setup fees?

Most of the time it’s included, and we’ll tell you upfront if your job is an exception.

We need these by a specific date. Can you tell us if it’s possible?

Tell us the date and we’ll be straight with you about whether it works. We’d rather say no than miss it. Call or text 781-727-5417.
