Custom Event T-Shirts in Norton, MA — Races, Tournaments & Reunions

Event shirts that show up before the event.

Race day, tournament morning, camp drop-off, clean-up Saturday. There’s a date on your calendar that isn’t moving, and the shirts have to be there before it. We’re in Norton, so if it’s tight we can put the boxes in a car and drive them to you.

The date is the job

Why the Date Drives Every Custom Event Shirt Order

Everything else about an event order is negotiable. The garment, the colors, the number of sponsors squeezed onto the back. The date isn’t.

And event orders go sideways in specific ways. Registration numbers change up until the week before. A sponsor commits late and sends a logo that’s a screenshot of their own website. Somebody counts the kids running the 5k and realizes nobody ordered youth sizes. Then the box lands at a house two towns over the day after the race.

We’ve been printing for events across Southeastern Massachusetts since 2006. Tell us the date first — before the garment, before the design. We’ll work backwards from it and give you a straight answer about whether it’s real.

Standard turnaround is 10 to 14 business days from art approval. About a week is often possible, but we never promise it until we’ve looked at the schedule.

Custom Race Shirts for 5k Races and Charity Walks

A race shirt does three jobs at once. It’s the thing runners keep, it’s how you tell a volunteer from a participant at 7am, and if you sold sponsorships it’s the thing your sponsors paid for.

So plan the pieces together. We’ll usually suggest one design in two or three garment colors: participants in one, volunteers in another, course marshals in something loud enough to spot from a distance.

  • Youth sizes matter more than people expect — kids run these; youth through adult 4XL is standard for us
  • Ask about performance fabric — a race tee that gets worn again is a better ad than a cotton one in a drawer
  • Volunteers in a different color — splitting the run costs nothing extra and saves your morning
  • Sponsor logos on the back — that’s the part that pays for the shirts
  • Order a size curve, not a flat count — we’ll help you build one from your registration numbers

Working Backward From Race Morning

Packet pickup is the real deadline, not the race. Tell us when packets go out and we’ll build the schedule from there — art approval date included, so nobody is refreshing a tracking page on Friday night.

Golf tournaments

Golf Tournament Shirts, Hats and Tee Prizes

Golf runs on a different clock than a road race. Smaller field, higher spend per person, and the shirt is usually a polo instead of a tee.

Which means embroidery for most of it. The typical order is a polo for every player, a heavier quarter-zip for the committee, embroidered caps for the goodie bag, and something a step nicer for the winning foursome.

Memorial and charity tournaments deserve a specific note. They’re usually run by a family or a small committee, in their spare time, often for the first time, in memory of somebody. We don’t rush people through those. Call and we’ll walk you through what’s normal — how many polos to order, what the committee usually wears, and what makes a decent prize without being awkward.

Camps and groups

Camp, Church and Volunteer Crew Shirts

Wide size ranges, real budgets, and a start date that doesn’t move.

Summer Camps

A size problem more than a design problem — youth XS through adult 3XL in one run, often color-coded by session, with counselors in something different from the campers. We keep the art on file, so week four’s reorder is a phone call. Camps order in April and May for a June start.

Church Groups

Mission trips, youth retreats, VBS week, choir and hospitality volunteers. Usually modest quantities on a real budget — and with no minimum, a group of eleven gets the same attention as a group of two hundred. Need leaders in a second color so they’re findable in an airport? Easy.

Volunteer & Community Crews

Town committees, scout troops, food pantry teams, trail crews, Little League opening day. Bright, simple, one or two colors, printed to be seen. Screen printing is almost always the right call once you’re past a couple dozen.

Screen Printing

Company Event Shirts and Corporate Outings

Company field days, client golf outings, a trade show booth crew, a volunteer day where the whole staff wears the logo out in public. These need to look sharper than a giveaway tee, and it’s usually the same logo you’d want on staff uniforms — so look at business and workwear gear while you’re deciding.

If your company runs events regularly, an online store gets the boxes of leftover sizes out of your supply closet for good.

Reunions

Family Reunion and Class Reunion Shirts

Reunions have the widest sizing spread of any order we do — a two-year-old and a great-grandfather in the same run, plus the cousins who confirm the week of.

Two things make it easier. Order a handful of extras in the middle sizes, because somebody always brings a guest. And if the family is spread out, we can set up an online store so everyone picks their own size, pays with their own card, and has it shipped to their house. That beats a group text with a spreadsheet attached.

A national website can print a reunion shirt. What it can’t do is answer the phone on a Tuesday when your aunt adds four people.

Parties and milestones

Bachelorette, Birthday and Milestone Weekend Custom Gear

Small groups, short notice, one person organizing while everyone else sends opinions.

Six Is a Normal Order Here

We have no minimum, so a run of six is a normal order, not a favor. Bachelorette and bachelor weekends, a 40th or a 50th, a retirement send-off, a memorial ride, an anniversary on the Cape.

Tanks, tees, hats, koozies, tumblers — there’s more we can put a name on than most people expect, and drinkware and koozies usually cost less per person than another round of shirts.

On very small runs we’ll often steer you to transfers instead of screens. Usually costs less, looks just as good at that count, and we’d rather tell you that than sell you the more expensive method.

Planning

Planning Your Event Apparel Order Backward From the Date

Most events that go smoothly did the same five things in the same order.

WhenWhat should be done
6–8 weeks outDecide the garment and rough quantity. Lock your sponsor deadline.
4–5 weeks outSend us the design and sponsor logos. We build the proof.
3–4 weeks outArt approved. The 10–14 business day clock starts here, not before.
1–2 weeks outProduction and sorting. Tell us if you want it split by group or color.
Event weekDelivery, drop-off or pickup. We can meet you at the venue.
Reading this the week before your event? Still call. Rush of about a week is often possible and we do it regularly — we just won’t promise it before we’ve looked at the calendar.

What Drives the Cost of Custom Event Shirts

A cotton race tee and an embroidered tournament polo aren’t the same job, so there’s no price grid here. What moves the number: how many you need, how many ink colors are in the design, how many locations you’re printing (front, back and a sleeve is three setups), which garment you pick, and which method fits — print, stitching or a transfer.

Sponsor backs count too: full color costs more than a clean one-color block, and one color usually looks better anyway. Art and setup fees are included most of the time, and we’ll tell you upfront when they aren’t.

We’d rather say no than miss your date. If the timeline doesn’t work, you’ll hear that on the phone rather than the week of.

Service area

Serving Events Across Southeastern Massachusetts

We’re in Norton, Massachusetts, by appointment — a working shop rather than a storefront, so call or text before you come by.

We deliver across Southeastern Massachusetts — Attleboro, North Attleborough, Mansfield, Foxborough, Taunton, Easton, Plainville, Wrentham, Franklin, Bridgewater, Raynham, Seekonk, Rehoboth, Sharon, Stoughton, Canton and Walpole.

Before you ask

Custom Event Shirt Questions We Get a Lot

Is there a minimum order for event shirts?

No. Six shirts for a bachelorette weekend or six hundred for a road race — both are normal here.

How far ahead should we order?

Four to six weeks out is comfortable. Standard turnaround is 10 to 14 business days from art approval, and you want slack for late sponsor logos and changing registration numbers.

Our event is in ten days. Is that possible?

Sometimes. Rush of about a week is often possible, but we never guarantee it. Call or text with the real date and we’ll be straight with you.

Can you put sponsor logos on the back?

Yes, and we do it a lot. Send whatever the sponsors gave you — a screenshot, a business card photo, a low-res JPG. We’ll rebuild what needs rebuilding.

Can the sponsors cover the cost of the shirts?

That’s usually the point. Groups sell logo spots on the back and the sponsorships fund the shirts. Call and we’ll walk through how other events have structured it.

Can volunteers be in a different color than participants?

Yes. Splitting one design across two or three garment colors is easy and makes race morning much simpler.

Do you do youth sizes?

Yes. Youth through adult 4XL on most garments. Mixed youth and adult in one run is standard.

We don’t know our final count yet.

Give us your best estimate and your deadline. We’ll talk through how many extras make sense in the middle sizes, and we can often add a small quantity late.

Can everyone order and pay for their own?

Yes — we’ll set up a free online store for your event. Everyone picks their own size and pays with their own card.

Can you deliver to the venue?

Usually. We’ll meet you at the school, the field, the course or the hall. Delivery, drop-off and pickup are all options.

Do you do hats, tumblers and other giveaway items?

Yes — embroidered caps, laser-engraved tumblers, koozies, wristbands, bags and more. Here’s the full range.

Can you print on shirts we already bought?

Sometimes, depending on the garment. Ask before you buy them — nine times out of ten it’s cheaper and safer to get the blanks through us.
