Custom Team Uniforms & Apparel in Southeastern Massachusetts

From people who have done the 6am rink run since 2006.

We started this with three kids on the ice, a car that smelled like hockey bags, and a name that made sense. Twenty years later we outfit teams from Norton and Mansfield to Bridgewater and Taunton. Uniforms, warm-ups, hoodies, bags, spirit packs — no minimums, and a real person on the phone.

The Team Apparel Job Nobody Applied For

You’re a coach, or a parent who said yes in a moment of weakness.

Now you’re running a sizing spreadsheet, collecting money in a Ziploc, and fielding texts from a family who joined the team last Tuesday and needs a jersey by Saturday. Meanwhile the season starts in three weeks and you still haven’t decided on hoodies.

We can take most of that off your plate. Send us a roster and a logo. We’ll build a store, families order their own sizes and pay their own way, and we hand you boxes sorted by player name. Here’s how the team store part works.

Nobody at a national printing site is going to notice that your league colors don’t match the file you uploaded, or that the number font you picked disappears at youth small. We look at the job before it goes on a press, because we’ve been the parent holding the box the night before the first game.

Season by season

When to Order Custom Team Uniforms, Sport by Sport

Every program in Norton, Attleboro and Foxborough orders in the same three weeks as every other program, which is exactly why ordering early is the cheapest advantage you’ll ever get.

Standard turnaround is 10 to 14 business days from art approval — and that clock starts at approval, not at the phone call.

SportStart the conversationWhat usually goes in the order
Baseball & softballFebruary–MarchJerseys, hats, practice tees, hoodies, bags, sponsor backs

Six to eight weeks ahead of your first game is the safe rule for any sport on this list.

If you’re already inside the window, still call. About a week is often possible, but we never treat it as a promise, and we’ll tell you plainly if your date won’t work. We’d rather say no than miss it.

Who we outfit

Teams We Print and Embroider For

Youth through adult, one player or an entire league. The approach is the same: work out what the team actually needs before anything goes on a press.

Youth Leagues

Little league, youth soccer, youth football, town basketball and youth hockey associations across Norton, Attleboro, Mansfield and Easton. Whole-league orders, coordinated by division, are something we do a lot of.

Travel & Club Teams

Travel hockey, club soccer, AAU basketball, club volleyball, showcase baseball. Multiple pieces per player, parents paying individually, families spread across several towns — exactly what an online team store is built for.

Team Stores

High School Programs

Varsity, JV and freshman for one sport, or one district store with a dropdown per team. Programs like Bridgewater-Raynham, King Philip, Oliver Ames and Taunton run on exactly that structure.

School Spirit Wear

Tournaments & Showcases

Participant tees, staff and volunteer shirts, sponsor prints, and merch to sell at the table. Give us six to eight weeks and the whole event can match.

Get a Quote

Adult & Rec Leagues

Beer league hockey, men’s softball, pickleball, running clubs. Small orders, and no minimum means small is fine.

Camps & Clinics

A shirt for every kid, staff gear, a color per age group, and art kept on file so week four’s reorder is a phone call.

Events & Camps

Whole Leagues, Not Just Teams

If you run a league rather than a team, tell us that on the first call. One design, a division color for each age group and one delivery is a very different job from eleven coaches ordering separately — and it’s cheaper, faster and far easier on whoever is coordinating it.

What teams order

The Custom Team Apparel We Print Most

Uniforms are the headline. The reorders are everything around them.

Uniforms & Jerseys

Names, numbers and sponsor logos. Screen printed, heat-applied or sublimated depending on the sport and the garment.

Practice Gear

Practice tees, pinnies, shorts and socks — the pieces that actually get worn most and replaced soonest.

Warm-Ups & Outerwear

Quarter-zips, hoodies, crewnecks, jackets and joggers. The single most reordered category we have.

Bags

Duffels and equipment bags with the team logo and a player’s name or number. Parents buy these without being asked twice.

Hats & Beanies

Embroidered caps in spring and summer, beanies from October. Puff embroidery on a trucker cap looks sharp on a team hat.

Custom Hats

Spirit Packs

One bundle per player — tee, hoodie, bag, hat. One price, one order, one delivery.

Build a Pack

Fan Gear

The grandparents’ hoodie, the little sibling’s tee, the car magnet crowd. Put it in the store and it sells itself.

Team Stores

Awards & Gifts

Laser-engraved tumblers, challenge coins, senior night gifts, coach gifts and end-of-season blankets.

The easy button

Team Spirit Packs Are the Easy Button

If you only take one idea off this page, take this one. Instead of asking families to pick from twenty items, we build one bundle per player and put it in the store at one price.

  • One decision for parents — buy the pack, pick sizes, done
  • One production run for us — which is better pricing for you
  • One delivery, sorted by player name — you hand out boxes, not shirts
  • Optional add-ons — fan gear and extra sizes stay available for anyone who wants more
  • Easy to fundraise on — add your amount per pack and it funds the season. Here’s how

We’ll help you build the pack around your budget per player, not the other way around. Tell us what a family can reasonably spend and we’ll show you two versions at that number.

Choosing a method

Which Decoration Method for Which Uniform Piece

We do all of it in-house, which is why we have no reason to sell you the wrong method for the piece.

PieceWhat we’d usually recommend
Practice tees, team teesScreen printing — best value once you’re past a dozen
Hoodies and crewnecksScreen printing, or embroidery when you want it to read as a premium piece
Polos, quarter-zips, coach gearEmbroidery — reads as a real uniform piece, and outlasts the garment
Jerseys with names and numbersHeat transfer, vinyl or sublimation, depending on the garment and the sport
Hats and beaniesEmbroidery, including puff and 3D on a cap front
Full-color or photo-style artworkDTF or DTG, especially on small runs
BagsEmbroidery or print, depending on the material and the panel
Tumblers, coins, awardsLaser engraving — cut into the finish, so it never peels
Not sure? Tell us the sport and the budget per player and we’ll recommend.

We’re not going to talk you into embroidery on a hundred practice tees. A tee that gets ground into a field twice a week wants ink, not stitching, and the money you save there is money that can go into the hoodies instead.

What it costs to get it wrong

What a Late Uniform Order Actually Costs a Team

The season doesn’t wait. Uniforms that show up after the second game aren’t uniforms, they’re a problem, and everybody remembers who ordered them.

Then there’s the print that cracks by mid-season. Cheap decoration on a garment that gets washed after every practice starts flaking in six weeks, and a team in half-worn shirts looks like a team that doesn’t have its act together.

And there’s the number that peels off a jersey during a game. That’s not cosmetic. On some jerseys a heat-applied number needs a specific material and a specific application, and getting it wrong means it lifts at the corners the first time it goes through a dryer.

Twenty years of outfitting teams in Norton, Foxborough and Attleboro means we know which garments hold up to a hockey season and which ones don’t, and we’ll tell you before you spend the money instead of after. If your date isn’t realistic, we’ll say so on the phone.

Washing Advice We Give Every Team

Inside out, cold water, tumble low, skip the fabric softener. Tell the parents once at the start of the season and a properly cured print will outlast the jersey. If a print of ours fails early, call us — we’ll make it right.

How it works

How a Custom Team Order Runs

No account to create, no portal to learn. Sport, headcount, first game — we take it from there.

1

Call, Text or Send the Form

Sport, rough headcount, and the date of the first game or first practice.

2

We Pick Gear Together

We work to your budget per player and tell you straight what survives a season.

3

Artwork

Logo, sponsor files, roster with names and numbers. No logo? We’ll design one. Have last year’s shirt? Send a photo.

4

Store or Single Order

A store means parents pay individually and you never handle money. A single order means you place it and pay once.

5

You Approve a Proof

Nothing prints until you’ve seen it on the actual garment color at the actual size.

6

We Produce, Sort & Deliver

10 to 14 business days from art approval. Bulk drop sorted by player, individual shipping, or pickup.

Mid-season additions. A new player shows up in week four. Call us and we’ll add them — one jersey is a real order here, and that’s the whole point of having no minimum.

No minimums

No Minimums on Uniforms, Hats or Embroidery

One piece or one thousand, on everything — printing, embroidery, hats, bags and engraving. Nine hoodies for a JV squad is a real order to us. So is a new goalie who joined in December and needs the same jersey everyone else got in October. Every national platform has a minimum. That’s the whole difference.

Before you ask

Custom Team Uniform Questions We Get a Lot

Is there a minimum order?

No. One jersey or three hundred. If nine kids need hoodies, we print nine.

How long does a team order take?

10 to 14 business days from art approval. Add time for gathering the roster and sizes, which is usually the slow part.

When should we order for our season?

Baseball and softball, February and March. Football, soccer and field hockey, July and August. Basketball and hockey, October and November. Six to eight weeks ahead of your first game is the safe rule.

Can you do names and numbers?

Yes, on jerseys, hoodies, warm-ups and bags. Send us the roster in whatever format you have it.

A player joined mid-season. Can we add one?

Yes. That’s what no minimums means. Call us.

Can parents order and pay individually?

Yes. We set up a free online store, families order their own sizes with their own cards, and you never handle money. More on team stores.

Can we raise money for the team on top of the order?

Yes. You choose a set amount per item or a percentage of sales, and we cut the team or club a check when the store closes. Details here.

Can we put sponsor logos on the jerseys?

Yes, and for a lot of youth programs that’s how the uniforms get paid for. Send whatever the sponsors gave you.

Do you do youth sizes?

Yes. Youth small through adult 4XL on most items.

We need these for a tournament next weekend. Can you help?

Maybe. About a week is often possible but never a promise. Tell us the real date and we’ll give you a straight answer.

Can you print on jerseys or garments we already have?

Often, yes, depending on the fabric. Check with us before you buy them.

Do you do coach gifts and senior night?

Yes. Engraved tumblers, challenge coins, hoodies, blankets and awards. Give us four weeks if you can.
