Promotional Products and Branded Merchandise in Norton, MA
The bottles, bags and giveaways to go with the shirts.
If we’re already making your apparel, we can do the rest of it: tumblers, water bottles, totes, koozies, wristbands, coins and aprons. One person, one proof round, one delivery date, one invoice. No minimums here either.

Most Promotional Products End Up in a Drawer
You’ve been to the trade show. You’ve seen the table with four hundred pens on it, and you’ve watched exactly nobody take one home on purpose.
Somewhere in your office there’s a box of branded stress balls from an event in a year you’d have to look up. The problem isn’t promotional products. It’s picking the cheapest possible item, ordering a thousand of them because that was the price break, and putting a logo on it without asking whether anyone would actually want the thing.
A better rule: buy fewer, better items that people keep. A good insulated tumbler lives on someone’s desk for years. A tote that’s actually sturdy ends up in the back of a car and comes into the grocery store every week. A cheap pen goes in a drawer or a bin.
We’d rather sell you a hundred and fifty things people use than a thousand things they don’t. That’s the conversation we want to have when you call 1-877-99-GOALS.
Branded Drinkware, Bags, Giveaways and Awards
Six categories cover most of what people ask for. The supplier catalogs behind them are enormous, so treat this as a starting point rather than a list.
Drinkware
Insulated tumblers, water bottles, mugs, pint glasses and cans. Laser engraving on stainless is the standout. It doesn’t peel or wash off, and it looks like a real product rather than a sticker. YETI and comparable brands available.
EngravingBags
Totes, duffels, drawstring bags, backpacks and coolers. Screen printed or embroidered depending on the material and the look you want. Team duffels with names on them are a perennial.
EmbroideryEvent Giveaways
Koozies, silicone wristbands, lanyards, magnets and stickers. Low-cost items that make sense in real volume for races, festivals and open houses. The cost per person is small and people keep them.
EventsAwards & Recognition
Challenge coins, engraved gifts, plaques, retirement and milestone pieces. Coins in particular are popular with departments and units across the region.
EngravingOffice & Workplace
Aprons, blankets, towels, notebooks, desk items and safety gear. Restaurants, salons and shops order most of this.
WorkwearAthletic & Outdoor
Socks, shorts, headbands, towels, stadium blankets and seat cushions. Usually ordered alongside team apparel.
Sports Teams

Anything else? Just ask. The supplier catalogs we work from are enormous, and we’re not going to publish a hundred thousand items on a web page. Tell us what you’re picturing, or tell us the occasion and the budget per person, and we’ll come back with three or four options.

One Vendor for the Whole Package
Most businesses end up with a shirt vendor, a promo vendor and a hat vendor, which means three sets of art files, three proof processes, three delivery dates and three invoices. For one event.
We do all of it. Apparel, headwear, drinkware, bags, giveaways, engraving. Your logo is digitized once and sits on file. When the tumblers, the polos and the tote bags all come from the same shop, they actually match, because the same person set up the art on all three.
- One point of contact. Christine, on a number that gets answered by a person.
- Your art is already here. No re-sending files, no re-approving the same logo three times.
- Everything matches. Same colors, same logo placement logic, same person checking it.
- One delivery, one date. Not three shipments arriving across two weeks.
- No minimums. The promo order doesn’t have to be huge to be worth doing.
- We’ll tell you what not to buy. If an item’s going in a drawer, we’ll say so.
When Businesses and Teams Order Branded Merchandise
Eight occasions that account for most of the promotional product orders we handle.
Trade Shows & Expos
A giveaway worth carrying back to a car, plus staff apparel that makes your booth look like one company instead of six people in whatever they own.
New-Hire Kits
A branded bottle, a tumbler and a polo waiting on someone’s desk on their first day does more for how a new hire feels about the place than most things costing the same.
Golf Tournaments
Koozies, towels, tumblers, tee gifts and sponsor items. These come with a hard date and a sponsor logo that lands two days before the deadline. We’re used to it.
EventsRoad Races & Walks
Wristbands, bottles, drawstring bags and volunteer shirts. The pieces that make a crowd look organised. Often paired with a fundraiser.
FundraisingClient Gifts
Engraved drinkware is the workhorse here. It’s the item people keep, and it doesn’t feel like swag.
EngravingMilestones & Retirements
Engraved pieces, coins and jackets. Quiet, personal, and worth doing properly, including a single item for a single person.
Get a QuoteGrand Openings
Giveaways for the table, staff apparel, plus something for the school or team you’re sponsoring.
Team Fundraising
Bottles, blankets and bags added to an online store alongside the apparel. Parents buy them, the group takes a cut.
Team StoresTell Us the Occasion and the Budget
You don’t need to have picked a product. Tell us the event, how many people, and roughly what you want to spend per person. We’ll bring you options.
Not sure what’s realistic? That’s a two-minute phone call, and we’d rather have it before you order than after.
What Moves the Price on Promotional Products
Promotional products swing more in price than apparel does, because the item itself is doing most of the work.
| What moves the price | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| The item | A silicone wristband and an insulated stainless tumbler are not in the same conversation. This is the biggest lever by a distance, and it’s the one you control. Tell us your number per person and we’ll work backward from it. |
| Quantity | Real price breaks exist on promo items, often at meaningful jumps. If you’re near a break we’ll tell you, so you can decide whether the extras are worth it. We won’t push you past what you need just to hit a tier. |
| Decoration method | Laser engraving, pad printing, screen printing, embroidery, full-color transfer. Each item has methods that suit it and methods that don’t, and they price differently. |
| Colors and locations | Same logic as apparel. A one-color logo on one side is the simplest job. Two sides in full color is a different one. |
| Lead time | Standard is 10–14 business days from art approval, and some promo items ship from suppliers on their own schedule, which we’ll tell you upfront. Faster is sometimes possible. Ask early rather than late. |
How We Choose Engraving, Print or Embroidery
You don’t have to know any of this. Tell us the item and the logo, and we’ll pick the right method and tell you why.
| Method | Where it goes | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Laser engraving | Stainless drinkware, metal, wood, leather, coins | Permanent. Doesn’t peel, wash off or fade. Looks like a manufactured product. More on engraving. |
| Embroidery | Canvas totes, duffels, aprons, blankets, caps | Durable and premium on fabric goods that hold their shape. |
| Screen printing | Drawstring bags, cotton totes, koozies, towels | Cost-effective at volume for simple designs on fabric. |
| Pad print / full-color transfer | Plastic bottles, hard goods, curved items | Handles shapes and colors the other methods can’t. |

Laser Engraving & Custom Drinkware in Norton, MA
Engraved into the metal rather than printed onto it, so it does not peel, fade or wash off.

Insulated tumblers, water bottles, stainless mugs, cutting boards, awards, plaques and challenge coins. The laser removes the finish rather than adding a layer, which is why an engraved tumbler still looks right after a year in a truck cup holder and a printed one does not.
It reads as a real product rather than a giveaway, which is why it works for coach gifts, senior night, retirements and client thank-yous. YETI and comparable brands are available, along with less expensive tumblers that engrave just as cleanly.
Engraving also holds fine detail and small text better than embroidery does, so a logo with thin lines is often better engraved than stitched.
Custom Hats & Headwear: Embroidered Caps and Beanies
We are called Hatrick. It would be strange if we were not good at this.
Structured caps, trucker hats, performance caps, beanies and bucket hats from New Era, Richardson and Pacific Headwear. Flat embroidery, 3D puff that stands the logo up off the front panel, or a stitched-on patch.
Hats are the piece people keep. A team cap survives a season without complaint, and a crew wearing matching hats reads as a company in a way that shirts alone somehow do not.
Youth and adult sizing, and no minimum. A set of six coaches’ caps is a real order.

Custom Patches: Embroidered, Woven and Leather
Embroidered, woven, leather and PVC patches, with merrowed or laser-cut edges and a choice of backings (sew-on, iron-on or hook-and-loop). A patch is the right answer when you want one design applied across garments that would each need their own setup, or when the classic stitched-badge look is the point.
Patches also solve the reorder problem. The badge is made once and applied to whatever comes next, so adding two new hires in July does not mean starting over.
DTF Transfers, Sublimation and Specialty Decoration
The methods that handle full colour, small counts and mixed garments.
DTF Transfers
Full-colour artwork printed to film and heat-pressed on. Earns its place with photographs, gradients or a dozen colours, and with small counts spread across mixed garments.
Sublimation
Dye pressed into polyester so there is no layer on top and nothing to crack. Right for performance fabric, all-over designs, and any piece where a printed feel would be wrong.
Puff, 3D & vinyl
Puff embroidery lifts a logo off the fabric so it catches the light. Heat-applied vinyl handles names and numbers on jerseys, where every piece in the run is different.
Not sure which method your job needs? That is our question to answer, not yours. Tell us the garment, the artwork and the count and we will pick.
If It Isn’t on This Page, Ask Anyway
This page covers what we are asked for most. It is nowhere near everything we can do.
Between the catalogs we order from and the decoration methods we run in-house, the honest answer to “can you do…” is almost always yes. Aprons, blankets, towels, notebooks, socks, safety gear, magnets, stickers, lanyards, cutting boards, awards. All of it goes out of here regularly, and none of it has its own page.
So if you have something in mind and it is not listed, that means nothing at all. Call and describe it. If we cannot do it, we will tell you straight away and usually point you at someone who can.
One Order, One Date, One Invoice
Standard turnaround is 10–14 business days from art approval. Some promo items ship from the supplier on their own schedule, and we’ll tell you that upfront rather than on the day. Faster is sometimes possible, so ask early rather than late.
Branded Merchandise for Norton, Attleboro and Foxborough Businesses
We’re in Norton, Massachusetts, by appointment. It’s a working shop rather than a storefront, so call before you come by.
Our promo work mostly goes to businesses, schools, departments and event organizers in Attleboro, North Attleborough, Mansfield, Foxborough, Taunton, Easton, Plainville, Wrentham, Franklin, Bridgewater, Raynham, Seekonk, Rehoboth, Sharon, Stoughton, Canton and Walpole.
There’s a practical reason companies in Norton, Mansfield and Attleboro use a local shop for this instead of a national catalog site: you can see and hold a sample before you commit to two hundred of something, and when a date moves you talk to a person who knows your order. Businesses working around Patriot Place in Foxborough, contractors across the Attleboro–Taunton corridor, and groups at Wheaton College here in Norton all order this way.

Promotional Product Questions
Is there a minimum order?
No. Some individual items have supplier-set minimums built into how they’re made, and we’ll tell you which ones do before you pick. But there’s no minimum from us.
Can I get a sample before I order two hundred?
Usually, yes. On most items we can get a sample in hand. Ask early, because it adds time to the front end.
How long does a promotional product order take?
Plan on 10 to 14 business days from art approval, and know that some promo items ship from the supplier on their own schedule. We’ll give you a real date once we know the item. Faster is sometimes possible. Ask us rather than assuming.
Do I have to buy apparel to order promo items from you?
No. Most people who order promo from us also order shirts, but plenty of orders are just drinkware or just bags.
What’s the best giveaway for a trade show?
It depends on your budget per person, but the honest answer is: something people keep. Drinkware and decent bags beat pens and stress balls every time. Tell us your number and we’ll show you what’s good at it.
Can you engrave YETI-style tumblers?
Yes. Laser engraving on stainless drinkware is one of our favorite things to do, and it’s permanent. Laser engraving & drinkware.
Can you put our logo on items we already bought?
Sometimes, but talk to us first. Some materials engrave or print well and some don’t, and we can’t take responsibility for goods we didn’t supply. Usually it’s simpler and no more expensive to source it through us.
Can promo items go in our online store?
Yes. Bottles, blankets, bags and hats work well alongside apparel in an online store, and they can carry a fundraising markup like everything else.
Can we get everything delivered together?
That’s the point of using one shop. We’ll aim to bring it all in one delivery on one date. If one item is going to be late, you’ll hear it from us early, not on the day.
Do you charge setup or art fees?
Most of the time it’s included. We’ll tell you upfront either way.
Tell Us What the Occasion Is
Give us the event, the headcount and a rough budget per person. We’ll come back with a short list worth looking at, not a catalog.
