Apparel & T-Shirt Fundraisers in Norton, Massachusetts

You know what your group keeps before the store opens.

Your group picks how it works: a set amount on every item, or a percentage of sales. Then the store closes and we cut your organization a check. Nothing up front. No inventory. No box of leftovers in somebody’s garage in January.

The answer, up front

The Question Every Fundraising Treasurer Asks First

You want to know what your group actually keeps. Fair. It’s the only number that matters, and it’s the one most fundraising companies won’t put in writing until you’ve signed something.

Here’s how ours works, in full.

  • Option one: a set amount per item. You decide the amount. It goes on every hoodie, every tee, every hat. Simple to explain to parents, and anyone can see exactly what they contributed.
  • Option two: a percentage of sales. We agree the percentage before the store opens, and it comes off the top.
  • Either way, the store closes and we cut your organization a check. You don’t invoice us. You don’t wait on a platform to release funds. There’s no payout threshold to clear first.
We’re not going to print a number on this page, because you’re the one who sets it.

What we will do

Get on the phone and walk you through both options in about two minutes, with your actual garments and your actual group size in front of us.

Call or text 781-727-5417 and ask what your group would keep. You’ll get an answer on that call, not after you’ve signed something.

Why groups switch

You’ve Probably Run the Bad Version of a T-Shirt Fundraiser

We’ve watched groups across Southeastern Massachusetts do it the hard way for twenty years. Here are both versions.

The version you’ve already run

Order forms in backpacks. A shoebox of cash and checks. The spreadsheet where three families are listed twice and eleven never responded. Somebody fronts the money on a credit card and hopes it comes back.

Then the boxes arrive at a volunteer’s house, and that volunteer spends a Sunday sorting shirts by name on a dining room table, and two sizes are wrong, and the whole thing raises less than everyone expected because nobody wanted to be the person nagging their neighbors.

The version we run

One phone call to set it up, and one email to your list. Supporters order and pay for themselves, nothing is printed until the store closes, and we deliver the order sorted by name.

The work on your end is roughly one phone call and one email. Here’s how the online stores work.

Start to finish

How an Apparel Fundraiser Actually Runs

Seven steps, and the only two that need you are the first and the fourth.

1

One Conversation

What’s the group, what are you raising for, when do you need the money, and roughly how many people are on your list.

2

Pick Your Gear and Your Take

We help you choose items that fit your crowd, then you choose the set amount per item or the percentage. That decision is yours, not ours.

3

We Build Your Store

Your logo, your colors, youth small through adult 4XL. Costs you nothing.

4

You Share One Link

Email, team app, class page, Facebook group. That’s the fundraising ask, and it takes you ten minutes.

5

Supporters Order and Pay

No cash handling, no checks, no chasing. Nothing is printed until the store closes, so you never own inventory.

6

We Print, Sort and Deliver

Bulk drop-off sorted by name, individual shipping to each supporter, or pickup.

7

We Cut You a Check

Store closes, order ships, check goes out to the organization.

Who we do this for

Groups We Run Apparel Fundraisers For

Booster clubs and PTOs are the two we run most. None of the rest are unusual.

Booster Clubs

Tournament entry fees, new equipment, banquet costs, the bus. A store in the preseason and another during a playoff run covers a lot of a budget.

School Spirit Wear

PTOs and PTAs

Playground funds, field trips, classroom supplies, the assembly nobody budgeted for. Field day and back-to-school are the two natural windows.

Team Travel Funds

Travel hockey, club soccer, AAU, cheer. Tournaments cost real money, and the ask is easier when families get a hoodie out of it.

Sports Teams

Nonprofits

Awareness campaigns, volunteer shirts, donor thank-you gear, annual events. Small runs are fine.

Charity Walks & Road Races

A shirt for participants, a store for supporters who can’t make it but want to give. Add sponsor logos on the back and you’ve funded the shirts before you print them.

Town & Community Events

We printed the Norton Clean Up Day shirts with the sponsor logos on the back — the sponsors cover the shirts, the shirts cover the day.

Memorial & Benefit Funds

For a family, a classmate, a coworker, a coach. Handled carefully, and covered properly further down this page.

Churches, Scouts & Community Groups

Mission trips, camp, jamborees, town events.

Class & Senior Fundraisers

Prom, the class trip, the gift. Student councils run these well because the audience is already in one building.

Memorial and Benefit Shirts

Some of the calls we get are the hard ones. A family after a loss. A team that lost a teammate. A community raising money for someone’s treatment.

We’ll be straight about how we handle these. We move them to the front of the line where we can. We don’t put you through a portal or an automated quote flow. You’ll talk to Christine directly, and if you’re not up to making decisions about garment weights and ink colors, we’ll make sensible recommendations and keep the questions to a minimum.

The design usually matters more than anything else on these orders. A name, a date, a number, a saying that meant something. Send us whatever you have, even a photo of handwriting, and we’ll treat it carefully.

Every dollar the family or fund is meant to receive goes to them the same way as any other fundraiser: you choose the amount per item or the percentage, and we send a check to whoever you tell us to send it to.

If this is your situation, please just call or text 781-727-5417. You don’t need to fill out a form.

The difference

What You Give Up Fundraising Through a National Website

There are big national companies that will run an apparel fundraiser for your group, and some of them are perfectly fine. Here’s the real difference.

  • You get a person. Same people every time, family owned since 2006. When you call, whoever picks up already knows which store is yours.
  • The terms are decided on the phone, before you commit. Not buried in a signup flow.
  • No minimum group size. Fourteen supporters is a real fundraiser to us. Most platforms need volume to bother.
  • We can drive it to you. Boxes at the school in Mansfield, the field in Attleboro, the church hall, your office. A national platform can put your order in a queue.
  • A playoff run doesn’t break us. When something happens on a Friday and you want shirts the following week, ask. About a week is often possible. We never treat it as a promise, and we’ll tell you straight if it won’t work.
  • We fix our own mistakes. A wrong size gets handled, not ticketed.

What Actually Sells in an Apparel Fundraiser

A fundraiser lives or dies on whether people want the thing. A few plain patterns from twenty years of these.

Hoodies and Crewnecks Carry It

Highest price point, highest perceived value, and people wear them for years. If you only offer one item, make it this.

Tees Are the Volume Item

Affordable enough that a grandparent buys three.

Screen Printing

Hats Do Better Than Expected

Embroidered trucker caps in spring and summer, beanies from October on.

Custom Hats

One ‘Nice’ Item Lifts the Average

A quarter-zip or an embroidered polo gives the people who want to give more something to buy.

Embroidery

Add the Small Items

Tumblers, koozies, silicone wristbands, socks, bags. Low commitment, easy add-on at checkout.

Promo Products

Keep the Store to a Tight List

Six to ten items sells better than thirty. Too many choices and people close the tab.

Working back from your date

Timing a Spirit Wear Fundraiser

Two weeks open is the sweet spot. Long enough that everyone gets around to it, short enough that it stays urgent. We can leave it open longer or run it year-round if that fits your group better.

StageHow long
Building your storeUsually a few days once we have your logo
Store open to supportersAbout two weeks is ideal, longer if you want
Production after the store closes10–14 business days from art approval
DeliveryBulk drop, individual shipping or pickup
Your checkGoes out after the order is produced and delivered

Working backwards from a banquet, a season opener or an event date? Tell us the date first. We’ll tell you when the store has to open, and we’ll be straight with you if it’s already too tight.

No guessing

What Affects How Much Your Fundraiser Raises

We won’t quote prices on a web page, because every order is different and we price them one at a time. But here’s what actually moves the number, so you’re not guessing.

  • Quantity. More pieces means better per-piece pricing, which means more room for your group’s take without pushing the retail price up.
  • Garment choice. A heavyweight fleece hoodie and a basic tee are different animals. Pick the garment that fits what your supporters will actually pay.
  • Ink colors and print locations. A one-color front print is the most efficient thing we do. A four-color front plus a back plus a sleeve costs more to produce. Screen printing rewards simplicity.
  • Decoration method. Screen printing for quantity, embroidery for the premium pieces, DTF or DTG when a design has too many colors to screen print sensibly.
  • How hard you push the link. This is the biggest variable of the five. One email raises a little. One email plus a reminder plus a coach mentioning it at practice raises a lot.

Art and setup fees are included most of the time, and we’ll tell you upfront if yours is an exception.

Where we run them

Groups We Print Fundraiser Apparel For

Being local is not a slogan here. It’s the reason a booster club can call at 8pm on a Friday after a win and have shirts in hand for the next home game. See our full service area →

Before you ask

Apparel Fundraising Questions, Answered

What does our group actually keep?

Whatever you decide. You choose either a set dollar amount added to each item or a percentage of the store’s sales. We agree it before the store opens, and we cut your organization a check after the store closes.

Do we pay anything up front?

No. Setting up the store is free, there’s no contract, and nothing is printed until the store closes, so you never buy inventory.

Is there a minimum number of orders?

No. If fourteen people order, we print fourteen and you still get your check.

When do we get the money?

After the store closes and the order is produced and delivered. We send a check to the organization.

Who do you make the check out to?

Whoever you tell us to. Booster club, PTO, nonprofit, a family’s benefit fund. Just give us the exact name.

Can we run more than one fundraiser a year?

Yes, and most groups should. Preseason and holiday are the two easiest windows, plus a short store during a playoff run.

How long should we leave the store open?

About two weeks. Long enough that everyone gets to it, short enough that it stays urgent.

How do supporters get their orders?

Bulk delivery sorted by name, individual shipping to each supporter, or pickup. Plenty of groups do a bulk drop and hand them out at a game or a meeting.

We don’t have a logo. Can you still do it?

Yes. We’ll design it. Most of the time art is included, and we’ll tell you upfront if it isn’t.

Can we put sponsor logos on the back?

Yes, and for a lot of teams that’s how the shirts get paid for. Send whatever files the sponsors gave you.

Can you handle a memorial or benefit fundraiser quickly?

We move these to the front of the line where we can. Call or text 781-727-5417 and talk to us directly.

We need this done by a specific date. Will you tell us if it’s not possible?

Yes. Standard turnaround is 10 to 14 business days from art approval, and about a week is often possible but never a promise. We’d rather say no than miss your date.
